Ahead of the game

Wowsers friday night and I'm actually starting my meal plan. The kids go-to-meal when I ask them is pretty much always tortillas. They love skinnymixers carnitas or  and skinnymixers chicken picadillo. These recipes are ideal for making ahead, portioning and freezing for quick meals. The tortillas meal including La Tortilleria corn tortillas (no nasties and I have no luck trying any type of tortillas myself. I end up with frisbees), lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese, avocado etc which I generally have as staples in the fridge.
