So I jumped on it straight away when I heard Nik from Skinnymixers was producing a booklet "A Little Taste of India".

So far we have made:

  • Butter Chicken (one of the most raved about recipes within facebook groups) served with cauli rice and then because there is so much sauce we served it the next night over steamed vegies with cauli rice. subs made - coconut cream rather than cream
  • Chicken Tikka served with quinoa (the first night) and then with the Chicken Biryani
