Well it was "clean out fridge and prep as much I can for the week" day post the Easter long weekend.

Started off the morning by getting skinnymixer's pulled pork into the slow cooker (it had been marinating in the fridge for 24 hours).

Moved onto the fridge to see what was lurking in my vegie crisper and hidden behind leftovers and came up with the following plan:

  • Green smoothie bags (prepped for a couple mornings breakfasts - Orange, apple, kale, coconut flakes) and whacked those into the freezer which I pull out whilst getting the midgets ready for the day then blend them up with 1 cup of coconut water (TM 2 minutes / speed 10)
  • Coconut Milk
  • Chia puddings
  • Soak some almonds for Almond Milk
  • Soak some cashews for Ambrosia Fruit Salad
  • Warrior Bar Slice
  • Fruit Infused Waters
  • Water Kefir

Back to dinner prep, some coleslaw to serve with the pork, roast up a sweet potato for myself (and the kids will scab some too), steam up some corn & green beans and mexicanify them.
