GRATED CHEESE: Avoid the added nasties from bagged grated cheese by simply chopping up some cheese into small cubes and blitzing for 8 seconds and speed 8. Ensure you have a dry and cool bowl first and don't overload your machine check max limits. For a finer grate freeze your cheese cubes for a little bit before blitzing. You can even portion and freeze it for the future.

LID AS A FUNNEL: Then to easily get it into a jar use your lid as a funnel :)
